Designed for a wide range of electric mobility applications, HaloDrive is versatile and can be deployed in commercial transportation, truck fleets, stationary industrial power generation, passenger vehicles, as well as marine systems and aerospace platforms. This technology can replace more common motors, such as permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM).

Some passenger car OEMs have applied HaloDrive to in-wheel drive systems and as a diesel replacement generator for heavy-duty truck fleets. In these commercial applications, the motor has seen significant cost savings, including a 61% increase in fuel efficiency for one customer’s fleet.
