The East China Headquarters Base of China Automotive Research Institute has a total investment of more than 2.3 billion yuan, covers an area of 189,000 square meters, is equipped with more than 1,000 sets of international top scientific research equipment, and is preparing to build a national automotive electronic communication and software quality inspection and testing center. The base focuses on intelligent driving and intelligent cabins,New energy, wireless communication, intelligent chassis and other cutting-edge fields, build a one-stop R&D, testing and evaluation system covering the whole chain of “materials, chip modules, parts, and vehicles”, and provide full-stack services from the bottom chip to the top-level vehicle application.

The Suzhou New Energy Vehicle Public Service Platform is jointly built by China Automotive Research Institute Jiangsu Company, the East China Branch of the Five Electronics Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Suzhou Research Institute of Hunan University, the Suzhou Automotive Research Institute of Tsinghua University, Zhongzhi Yingtai Testing Technology Co., Ltd., and Suzhou Xince Standard Technical Service Co., Ltd., providing four core services: one-stop testing and evaluation, common technical research, ecological co-construction, and batch pricing.
