On June 24, TDK Corporation announced that its six-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) IvenSense SmartAutomotive™ IAM-20680HV is now available worldwide. The IMU is suitable for a wide range of cockpit applications that require the component to withstand harsh environments up to +125°C and guarantee performance at temperatures up to +105°C. It uses TDK’s robust technology and design, which is widely used in the automotive market, and sets a quality benchmark for non-safety applications.
